breathing

Slowing down your breathing for 20-30 minutes before sleeping. Highly recommended if you want better sleep or have been having grimy dreams.

 I think it helps to start counting 8 in, 8 out, - then gradually start increasing the number with ease. It is more important to count slow than to count to a high number, and eventually you won't have to count. Counting is mostly to keep your mind busy so it doesn't get bored and wander off. Breathe into the bottom of your belly. I can breathe in and out for 30 seconds or more each way without any discomfort but I have practice. The slower you get the more relaxed you can become and your mind won't buzz so much so you can have a more peaceful sleep.
